宋英，女，法学博士，北京大学法学院副教授。

人物经历

1979-1983：北京第二外国语学院英语系 本科。

1986-1989：北京大学法律系　国际法硕士研究生。

1989-1993：北京大学法律系　国际法博士研究生。

1992-1993：意大利欧洲大学研究院欧盟法硕士研究生。

工作经历：

1983-1986：北京第二外国语学院英语系任教。

1993-：北京大学法学院任教。

研究方向

主要从事国际公法、国际环境法和欧洲联盟法的教学与研究。
