韩鲁佳,女,汉族,山东人。北京农业工程大学水利与土木工程学院农业生物环境工程专业硕士、博士研究生。著名生物质工程专家。

现任中国农业大学工学院院长。

2016年5月26日,(北京)市委组织部、市委统战部召开北京市第三批高层次党外代表人士挂职锻炼启动会,宣布韩鲁佳到市政府部门、市属高校、国有企业挂职一年。

2018年1月,免去韩鲁佳的北京市农村工作委员会副主任职务(结束挂职)。

2018年1月24日,政协第十二届全国委员会常务委员会第二十四次会议通过,任命韩鲁佳为政协第十三届全国委员会常务委员。

曾任世界工程组织联合会女性与工程委员会(WFEO/WIE)执委(2007-2017),第六届教育部科学技术委员会机电运载学部委员(2010-2016),中国农业工程学会第八、九届理事会副理事长(2008-2017),中国农业机械学会第九理事会副理事长(2010-2014)等。

是第十二届、十三届全国政协委员。

曾获国家科技进步奖二等奖2项,教育部、农业部科技进步奖一等奖各1项,其他省部级科技成果奖4项,其中“新型秸秆揉切机系列产品研制与开发”获2005年度国家科学技术奖科技进步奖二等奖(第1完成人),“9LRZ―80型新型立式秸秆揉切机的研制”获2003年度教育部科学技术奖科技进步一等奖(第1完成人)。

近5年,先后获国家发明专利授权5项、实用新型专利授权6项;申请国家发明专利5项、国家实用新型专利3项。

获得的个人荣誉称号:2007年入选国家人事部新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选,2006年获中组部、人事部第九届中国青年科技奖,2006年被授予北京市“三八”红旗奖章并获全国“三八”红旗手称号,2005年被授予中国科协全国优秀科技工作者称号,2005年获中国农业工程学会科技发展贡献奖,2001年获宝钢优秀青年教师奖、中国农学会第七届青年科技奖, 1999年享受国务院特殊津贴专家,1997年被授予农业部有突出贡献的中青年专家称号,1995年获中国农业工程学会第二届青年科技奖。
