何道敬的个人简介
何道敬，1985年出生，分别于2007年和2009年获得哈尔滨工业大学计算机专业学士和硕士学位；2012年12月毕业于浙江大学计算机专业，获得博士学位，师从工程院院士陈纯教授。现就职于华东师范大学（属于985工程大学），为计算机科学与软件工程学院密码与网络安全系教授、博士生导师，为华东师范大学网络空间安全研究院副院长。在中科院院士何积丰教授领导下从事科研工作。
个人简介
作为第一完成人，获得省部级科技奖励多项，包括：教育部技术发明一等奖、教育部自然科学二等奖。
入选“装备预研教育部联合基金（青年人才）”、“上海市青年科技启明星”等人才计划。
研究领域为网络及系统安全。作为第一兼通讯作者已发表国际SCI源期刊论文45篇，其中IEEE期刊论文36篇（影响因子4.0以上共28篇）。作为第一或通讯作者在ACNS、INFOCOM、AsiaCCS等国际著名会议上发表论文。作为第一作者，发表的2篇IEEE杂志论文已被列为IEEE通信学会（IEEE Communications Society）的通信及信息系统安全领域最佳论文（Best Readings List）；1篇论文被评为国际著名SCI期刊Elsevier Computer Communications读者最多（Most Read）的文章及被引用最多（Most Cited）的论文；发表的多篇IEEE期刊论文在IEEE XPLORE 数据库中下载次数名列前20位。截止2017年1月（Google学术检索），以第一兼通讯作者发表的36篇论文在近5年被国际同行他引1423次，平均每篇论文他引40次。第一兼通讯作者论文的H因子为24。研究成果得到欧洲科学院院士I. Stojmenovic、美国工程院院士C. Walton、加拿大科学院院士X. Shen、国际医学与生物工程院院士Y. Zhang等多位国际著名学者、IEEE ToN/TDSC/TIFS/TPDS/TWC等多种IEEE/ACM期刊多次正面引用和正面评价。公开/授权发明专利43项，其中转化专利12项。作为主要负责人，编制网络空间安全国家标准7项。
现担任IEEE Communications Magazine（IF: 10.435）和IEEE/KICS Journal of Communications and Networks等7个国际著名SCI刊物编委；IEEE Communications Magazine等多份国际刊物的客座编辑（例如，IEEE Communications Magazine的特刊Security and Privacy in Emerging Networks）。150余次担任包括通信或网络领域国际旗舰会议（如：IEEE Globecom、IEEE ICC和IEEE WCNC）在内的国际会议的程序委员或主席。
作为项目负责人，主持国家重点研发计划课题、国防战略高技术重点专项项目、国家自然基金、教育部课题、中央军委科技委、总装备部、战略支援部队装备预先研究项目、上海市科委等国家级、省部级科研项目20余项，承担了奇虎360、启明星辰、腾讯、中兴通讯、蓝盾信安、国家电网、解放军XXXX厂等著名企事业的委托开发项目，相关研究成果已被应用到相关企业的安全产品上。相关工作得到了中央电视台、中央人民广播电台、新华网、网易新闻、搜狐新闻、文汇报、新民晚报等多家媒体的报道和推介。
现为国家科技库专家库专家、国家重点研发计划项目评审核心专家、国家自然科学基金项目评审专家、教育部科技发展中心科研基金和科技奖励评审专家库专家、中国计算机学会博士学会论文评审专家。
