黄轶群,长沙理工大学化学与食品工程学院教授,博士生导师,毕业于美国华盛顿州立大学食品系,获博士学位。Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization副主编。
个人简历
曾入选上海市“东方学者”特聘教授和上海市“浦江人才”计划。
发表SCI论文50余篇,H-index 20。
主要研究内容:食品原料及其加工与贮藏过程中的理化变化,基于光谱技术的食品化学性危害物检测,鱼皮明胶的提取、改性及其应用,低脂、低糖等健康产品的研发。
