黄信凡的个人简介
黄信凡,南京大学教授,1941年9月生,1963年毕业于南京大学物理系固体物理专业,并留校任教,现任物理系教授,博士导师。中国电子学会三束与超微细加工学组委员。长期从事半导体薄膜物理与器件研究工作。八十年代初开始进行激光与半导体互作用物理研究。90年开始非晶半导体量子阱结构激光诱导晶化研究、II-VI族化合物半导体量子点研究及半导体介质薄膜制作二元光学元件研究。曾去美国芝加哥大学、日本电子综合研究所(ETL)等进行Si量子点发光光谱合作研究。人物简介

共发表论文80余篇,译著一本。获江苏省科技进步一等奖一项(2002年)、二等奖2项(1990年、1995年),获国家发明专利1项。
