谷德权的个人简介
谷德权(T.JohnKoo)博士,研究员,中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院嵌入式软件系统研究中心主任,博士生导师。人物简介
1992年获香港中文大学电子工程学士,1994年获香港中文大学信息工程硕士学位,2000年毕业于美国加州大学伯克利分校(University of California, Berkely),获电机工程博士学位。从事研发工作逾十年,早在1994
年,便于南加州大学(University of Southern California) 信号与图象处理研究院(Signal and Image Processing Institute) 从事研发工作; 1995至2002年间, 创建伯克利空中机器人项目(Berkeley Aerial Robot project),并兼任项目主管;1998 年任加州硅谷斯坦福国际研究所(Stanford Research Institute International)顾问。
2000年取得博士学位后,在宾夕凡尼亚大学 (University of Pennsylvania) 电机工程系(Department of Electrical Engineering) 任博士后研究员。2001年到加州大学伯克利分校电子研究实验室(Elecreonics Research Laboratory) 任研究员,2002年担任加州大学伯克利分校电机工程及计算机科学学系客座教授 (Visiting Faculty)。2003 年8月加入美国范德堡大学(Vanderbilt University),成为电机工程与计算机科学系(Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science)助理教授。2006年出任清华大学与汕头大学下一代互联网技术联合实验室主任、汕头大学教育部重点实验室研究主任、汕头大学与英特尔多核技术实验室主任,及受聘为汕头大学电子工程系、计算机科学系特聘讲座教授及数学系双聘教授、博士生导师。2007年,兼任香港ASM太平洋科技有限公司的研究顾问。

现为软件集成系统研究所 (Institute of Software Integrated Systems) 教授会员、美国国家科学基金会(National Science Foundation) Information Technology Research Center for Hybrid and Embedded Software Systems, CHESS,的教授会员、电机及电子工程师学会(IEEE) 高级会员(Senior Member)及国际研究荣誉学会(Sigma Xi) 会员。
