黄骏（研究员）的个人简介
黄骏，毕业于东南大学，
现任南方科技大学人工智能专业高级研究员
人物介绍
1992年毕业东南大学加拿大教育部联培计划，获得计算机及无线通信博士学位。随后的两年作为加拿大康考迪亚大学电子计算机电气博士后，任美国-加拿大通信部项目测试平台课题负责人。95年之后相继就职于加拿大贝尔公司，加拿大北方电信NORTEL公司，加拿大ALCATEL新桥电信公司，加拿大通信科学院创业园属下GENIEVIEW公司，均担任总工程师，从事卫星通讯，宽带通信网，超高速芯片及特种卫星通信机的开发生产及推广应用，拥有十五年无线系统及通信网络设计经验。渥太华和卡尔顿大学客座教授，博士及硕士答辩委员会主席，首席答辩官。IEEE正式会员，IEEE802.16 (WiMAX) 标准组业务小组长，软件无线电协会正式会员，Materials and Manufacturing Ontario会员，美国数学学正式会员，New York Academy of Science正式会员，1999―2009年间在美国加洲大学，美国田纳西大学，加拿大渥太华大学，中国江苏科技大学等国内外12所大学担任过本科生及研究生课程及讲座。2004年获得渥太华大学优秀教书育人奖。主要学术成就有：发表国际国内期刊论文50余篇，以第一发明人的身份获得5项美国专利。承担完成的科研项目主要有：无人驾驶飞机的通信导航侦察系统设计；软件无线电系统的开发及利用；60G地面无线宽带及特种卫星通信机开发；宽带通信网及超高速芯片研发；未来卫星通信市场前瞻研究；30G卫星的星上交换方案。主要研究方向为无线传感器网络，网络交换问题，卫星网络交换的研究及运用，通信网的纠错及补漏算法，电路芯片，汽车通信，人工智能及相关节能物联网设备技术的研究等。
最近, 顺利通过了镇江市"331创新计划"立项流程, 以车联网项目获得香港创新总署的赞助, 以物流网道路云计算项目获得市政府的支持, 并担任江苏大学联建宿迁学院电子信息训练中心主任等职.
