黄煜梅的个人简介
黄煜梅,现为复旦大学微电子学院副教授,硕士生导师。作为课题负责人承担了多项上海市科委、国家自然科学基金项目、国家科技重大专项03专项子课题;作为骨干成员参与了国家核高基科技重大专项、863重点项目等课题。
人物经历
1989.9-1993.6华中科技大学本科、硕士;
2004年获复旦大学微电子学与固体物理学理学博士;
2013-2014美国佐治亚理工学院电气与计算机工程系访问学者。
现为复旦大学微电子学院副教授,硕士生导师。开展了应用于无线通信的射频收发机系统研究,以及射频收发机SOC(IR-UWB,OFDM-UWB,GSM/WCDMA,WLAN802.11a/b/g等)芯片设计研究。在射频/模拟集成电路设计领域发表论文50余篇,其中第一作者/通讯作者、SCI/EI检索的国际期刊/会议30余篇。获2014年上海市级教学成果二等奖,并入选2015年度上海市浦江人才计划。 ?
